UK Shipping Policy

Royal Mail has advised that due to COVID19 there can be potential delays of up to 10 days - please bare this in mind as this disruption is not from Beauty Gold.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an order number/ tracking number for your item.
Please note, it may take up to 24 hours to process your order before being dispatched (on a weekend it will be processed the following working day).
Look out for a discount code and free delivery options as we will often provide these at different intervals.

Worldwide Delivery (Tracked) - £12.95
Beauty Gold uses Royal Mail International deliver internationally. Delivery time for Europe is 3-7 working days, Rest of the World is 5-10 working days. Please include up to 24 hours for the order to be dispatched. You will receive a tracking number once the item is dispatched.
Please be aware that the shipping cost & order total does not include import duties and taxes in addition to this Beauty Gold is not responsible to pay these fees. Once the parcel reaches your country the delivery company will inform you of any additional fees to be paid before the parcel can be released to the customer. It is the customers duty to pay any of these fees.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are happy to except refunds within 28 days however you must notify us within 7 days if the product is faulty. Due to hygiene reasons we will not accept refunds of unwanted goods, only if they appear faulty or damaged. They must be unused and unopened. Otherwise we will not accept the return.
In order to raise a refund ticket you will need to inform us by email within 7 days of purchase, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the reason/s for your return. We will then supply you with our returns address to post the parcel to. Once received we will process the refund within 3-5 working days if the cause for the refund is accepted. Refunds can take up to 7 working days to appear in your account, however on average they take 2-3 days once processed.
If you product arrives damaged or faulty please contact us at email@example.com we will do our best to replace/ exchange the product dependant on the circumstances.
All returns/ exchanges will require the purchaser to provide proof of purchase. Please ensure this is sent with the return. The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us, we advise you to send recorded, tracked or insured up to the value of the item. If the return is show to be our error we may decide to refund your returns costs if you keep proof of receipt. If the item is not returned or is misplaced we will not be able to return any funds.
